Lily Higgins (Partner) FInstLM
Lily Manages the Training department, which includes roles from finance, managing staff members to dealing with our client enquiries and bookings. During the time of setting up the business she has completed a wide range of qualifications, gaining more experience within the industry as time has progressed on. Lily has achieved her Level 3 Assessors award (A1), Level 3 and Level 4 in Education and Training, her Level 4 Lead Internal Quality Assurers Qualification (IQA) and her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management as well as a long list of industry qualifications. Lily is also a fellow member of the Leadership & Management Institute. In her spare time Lily enjoys attending Music Festivals.
Hannah has spent 15 years in various Sales, Marketing and Customer Service roles throughout her career. Hannah has also obtained an NVQ in Customer Service along with many other practical skills. As the Area Sales Representative for Crestmoor Training her aim is to successfully market the company into the future as she always says ‘Train with us for a safer tomorrow’.
Rebecca has come from a strong background in retail customer service and progressed her career through to managing finance and HR for a timber merchant. Rebecca has joined Crestmoor to support the team with upholding the high level of training standards within the business and for our clients. In her spare time she enjoys attending football matches with family and friends as a loyal Arsenal fan!
Martin started out as a keen chef before joining Crestmoor in early 2001. He has held many positions in the construction industry and has now taken up the new post of Training Instructor in within Crestmoor Training. Martin has completed a stack of qualifications over the years and has a broad range of experience in the Construction Industry. Martin holds his Level 3 Assessors Award (A1), Level 3 Award in Eduction and Training and Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance qualification. Martin enjoys family life, football and playing skittles with friends.
Mike King – HNC Civil Engineering
Mike joined Crestmoor at the spritely age of 16 as an apprentice. He has worked his way through the Company to become the Planning Supervisor with an abundance of construction experience and qualifications under his belt. He completed his HNC in Civil Engineering and looks forward to a Quality Surveyors course in the coming year. Mike holds the Level 3 Award in Education & Training and Level 3 assessors (A1). Mike is a keen cricketer and enjoys watching the Formula 1.
Paul has had a number of years’ experience within the construction industry, first of all working for British Gas, in the early year of his career. He now delivers a wide range of courses at our centre the main course being Streetworks for both Operatives and Supervisors. Paul holds all sorts of industry related qualifications including his Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Level 3 Assessors (A1) and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (V1). Paul enjoys reading and spending quality time with his friends and family.
Ashley has over 10 years experience in the digital media industry having completed college with qualifications which included Information Technology and media production. Ashley joined Crestmoor Group just over 3 years ago to support the growing group of companies with improving their IT infrastructure. Having re-built the websites, Ashley now works with Crestmoor Training to support the team and clients with any IT issues and helps market the business with both Lily and Hannah. Ashley is also a qualified drone pilot and photographs our courses having achieved his Level one and CSCS card in-house.
