NRSWA Streetworks Training Instructor 

Crestmoor Training is an established training provider based in Somerset, delivering high-quality, industry-recognised training to businesses and individuals across the region. 

As we continue to grow our training provision, we are looking for an experienced NRSWA Streetworks Training Instructor to join our team on a permanent basis. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced instructor looking for a long-term role with an established and growing training provider.

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality NRSWA Streetworks training to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and industries. 

We are particularly interested in instructors who can deliver: 

• NRSWA Operative Units 

• NRSWA Supervisor Units 

• Signing, Lighting & Guarding 

• Location and Avoidance of Underground Apparatus 

• Other relevant Streetworks/NRSWA units 

• We require applications from instructors with experience across multiple units. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, professional and compliant training, while maintaining the high standards expected by Crestmoor Training and our awarding bodies. 

Training is delivered both at our site in Wincanton and certain modules can be offered at client sites across the South West.

About You: 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Holds NRSWA Streetworks Operatives &/OR Supervisor Units (SWQR Card) 

• Holds a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent PTLLS qualification 

• Holds a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement 

• Has current and relevant industry experience 

• Has experience delivering Streetworks training 

• Is confident delivering Streetworks training and assessments to candidates of varying experience levels 

• Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail 

• Maintains relevant CPD and professional competence 

• Is reliable, organised and professional 

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality training 

• Is committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety and compliance 

• Is comfortable travelling to client sites when required 

• Holds additional relevant training or instructor qualifications (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year – depending on experience
