Lily Westell (Partner) FInstLM

Manager, Instructor, Assessor & IQA

Lily manages the business, which includes roles from finance and managing staff members to dealing with our client enquiries and bookings. During the time of setting up the business she has completed a wide range of qualifications, gaining more experience within the industry as time has progressed on. Lily has achieved her Level 3 Assessors award (A1), Level 3 and Level 4 in Education and Training, her Level 4 Lead Internal Quality Assurers Qualification (IQA) and her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management as well as a long list of industry qualifications. Lily is also a fellow member of the Leadership & Management Institute. In her spare time Lily enjoys attending Music Festivals. She is now completing her BA Hons Degree in Business Management with the Open University.

Martin Mackay

Instructor, Assessor and IQA

Martin started out as a keen chef before joining Crestmoor in early 2001. He has held many positions in the construction industry and has now spent numerous years in the post of Training Instructor within Crestmoor Training. Martin has completed a stack of qualifications over the years and has a broad range of experience in the construction industry. Martin holds his Level 3 Assessors Award (A1), Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance qualification. Martin enjoys family life, football and playing skittles with friends.

Dean Budden

Instructor

Dean started out as an operative/labour in the Construction and utility sector 25 years ago. Dean has held many positions gaining a large range of skill sets over the years in the construction/utility industry from being on the tools to then moving into the office environment. Deans last role before joining us here at Crestmoor Training was as an Operations Manager at a privately owned Utility Contractor. Dean has completed his level 3 AET, Level 3 Assessors Award along with his Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance qualification. Dean is also completing lots of courses to enable him to teach a variety of training to be available for our large client base.

Cris White

Instructor

Cris has been working within the health and safety occupational area for 7 years, he has worked with a number of large and small companies providing advice, guidance and training. Cris started working in the construction industry and then for Royal Mail, after 16 years with the organisation, Cris achieved his Further Education Teaching Certificate and furthered his career as an Assessor/Course Manager at Yeovil College. Whilst at the college he obtained his Health and Safety qualifications and eventually moved to Didac Ltd as a Health and Safety Practitioner. Cris also has 26 years experience as an Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve (Training Branch).
Now retired from the RAF VR(T)
Cris now spends his spare time restoring an Ex Royal Navy Sea Harrier.

Paul Sullivan

Instructor, Assessor & IQA

Paul has had a number of years experience within the construction industry, first of all working for British Gas, in the early years of his career. He now delivers a wide range of courses at our centre the main course being Streetworks for both Operatives and Supervisors. Paul holds all sorts of industry related qualifications including his Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Level 3 Assessors (A1) and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (V1). Paul enjoys reading and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Mike King – HNC Civil Engineering

Assessor

Mike joined Crestmoor at the spritely age of 16 as an apprentice. He has worked his way through the Company to become the Operations Director with an abundance of construction experience and qualifications under his belt. He completed his HNC in Civil Engineering. Mike holds the Level 3 Award in Education & Training and Level 3 Assessors (A1). Mike is a keen cricketer and enjoys watching the Formula 1.
